GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Seller Identity
The website www.isotuiles.fr is operated by Isotuiles,
a trading name of Mouawad Adrien, operating under the micro-enterprise scheme,
registered with the Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 933 337 503 00017,
whose business address is located at:

2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") apply to all sales of products made by Isotuiles, whether concluded:
- directly via the website www.isotuiles.fr (online order),
- or via an electronically issued quote, notably from Shopify, which is then accepted by the customer.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.
3. Products
Isotuiles mainly markets insulating sandwich panels with a tile effect, manufactured according to customer specifications (length, thickness, color, configuration).
Accessories may also be offered; these may be standard products.
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website or on the quote sent to the customer.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and have no contractual value.
4. Custom-Made Products
Considered as custom-made products are all products that are:
- manufactured after the order is validated,
- made according to the dimensions or specifications chosen by the customer,
- technically or aesthetically customized.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a proven lack of conformity.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the site are stated in euros excluding tax (HT).
The applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated and displayed before the final validation of the order, during the payment step or on the transmitted quote.
The total amount including tax (TTC) is communicated to the customer before any final commitment.
Delivery costs are not included in the displayed prices and are specified before order validation or on the quote.
Isotuiles reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is that indicated at the time of the order or on the accepted quote.
6. Online Ordering
For orders placed directly on the website:
The sales contract is formed when the customer:
- validates the order summary,
- accepts these GTCS via a mandatory checkbox,
- makes the payment (full or partial depending on the case).
A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
7. Ordering via Quote
7.1 Issuance of the quote
For certain orders, particularly in cases of:
- high amounts,
- payment by bank transfer,
- specific or non-standard configurations,
Isotuiles may draw up a personalized quote, including via Shopify.
The quote specifies in particular:
- the description of the products,
- the prices excluding tax, the VAT, and the amount including tax,
- the payment terms.
7.2 Acceptance of the quote
The order is deemed firm and final only after:
- return of the quote dated and signed by the customer,
- and, where applicable, receipt of the deposit indicated on the quote.
In the absence of a signature and date, the quote does not constitute an order.
7.3 Payment by bank transfer
In the event of payment by bank transfer:
- manufacturing does not begin until the funds have actually been received,
- the signed quote constitutes a contractual commitment.
Any late payment results in an automatic postponement of deadlines.
8. Deposit – Balance Payment
Depending on the nature of the order, Isotuiles may require:
- either full payment at the time of ordering,
- or a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment.
The commencement of manufacturing constitutes firm and irrevocable acceptance of the order.
9. Manufacturing and Delivery Times
Deadlines are indicative and depend in particular on:
- the type of product,
- the volume ordered,
- manufacturing and transport constraints.
Generally observed lead times are between 3 and 8 weeks depending on the model.
A reasonable delay cannot give rise to cancellation, compensation, or penalty.
10. Delivery and Receipt
The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon delivery.
Any reservation regarding apparent damage must be:
- noted precisely on the delivery note,
- confirmed in writing within 48 hours.
This procedure does not in any way limit the application of legal warranties.
11. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code,
the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
For standard products only, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, with return costs remaining their responsibility.
12. Legal Warranties
The products sold benefit from:
- the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code),
- the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
13. Liability
Isotuiles' liability is limited to direct damages, in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
Isotuiles cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages.
14. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer may use the following mediator free of charge:

15. Applicable Law
These GTCS are subject to French law.
